Define the processing relationship.

A DPA needs a real service, actual processing roles and agreed contractual terms. This page explains the scope; it is not a signed processing agreement.

No executed DPA is supplied here.

The static platform demonstration does not ingest live inference traffic. It does not provide a signed data processing agreement or establish a provider-subprocessor relationship through an illustrated architecture.

The separate benchmark workspace has its own handling of account and run records. Do not assume an enterprise agreement applies to that developer release.

The details an agreement must address.

Processing purpose and roles
Identify the actual controller, processor, service scope, data categories and permitted processing.
Lifecycle and regions
Define collection, retention, export, deletion, processing locations and applicable transfer requirements.
Subprocessors and security
Identify the actual providers and operational controls rather than relying on a reference diagram.
Operational obligations
Agree request handling, incident notification, assistance, accountability and termination behavior.

Discuss the actual requirement.
